Hana Bank temporarily suspends new non-face-to-face mortgage lending
Hana Bank will temporarily halt new non-face-to-face home mortgage lending to strengthen management of household loans. The suspension adds mortgages via online channels to its control measures, following limits on unsecured credit loan ceilings and a temporary halt to new sign-ups for mortgage insurance. The bank said the step aims to manage household lending efficiently while maintaining stable financial supply focused on end-users.
