Apple plans to unveil macOS 27 within weeks, built around a sweeping AI push and design changes, including an overhauled Siri and automated Safari tab organisation. Apple iOS 27 to drop support for older devices including iPhone 11
As Apple nears the release of its next operating system, iOS 27, expectations have emerged that older devices including the iPhone 11 series will be excluded in large numbers. NineToFiveMac reported a list of officially supported models, citing IT source Instant Digital. The report said four models that support iOS 26 could be dropped. If confirmed, the minimum requirement would rise to the iPhone 12 series and iPhone SE third generation or later.
