MSIT to promote Korean broadcast technology at 2026 NAB Show
South Korea\'s Ministry of Science and ICT will take part in the 2026 NAB Show to introduce domestic companies\' broadcast and media technologies to the global market. The event runs from April 18 to 22 in Las Vegas. Korea will operate a themed pavilion with NAB and will promote 12 next-generation technologies and services developed with 49 companies and institutions, including ETRI. The ministry also plans a briefing for overseas media.

Single-seat eVTOL jet bike debuts with no propeller and no pilot licence required
A personal electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft that can be flown without a pilot licence debuted at CES 2026. Indiana-based startup LEO Flight unveiled the LEO JetBike, which replaces exposed propellers with a fully ducted electric jet propulsion system. The company said the craft has completed extensive testing and is entering commercialization. It is available for pre-order with a $1,000 deposit and is priced at $99,900, with deliveries planned from the fourth quarter of 2026.

LG Display launches OLED TV panel with 0.3 percent reflectance
LG Display unveiled an OLED TV panel achieving peak brightness of 4,500 nits at CES 2026 in Las Vegas. The company said it will operate booths for large OLED and automotive displays from Jan. 6 to 9. It will first show an OLED TV panel using Primary RGB Tandem 2.0, and said the panel achieves 0.3 percent reflectance. It will also present gaming OLED panels and new automotive display concepts.
