Meta to roll out 2-nm MTIA AI chip at scale with Broadcom
Meta Platforms is moving to deploy its next-generation custom AI accelerator, MTIA, built on a 2-nanometre process, in collaboration with Broadcom. It has committed an initial 1 gigawatt of capacity for its data centres, with plans to expand to multiple gigawatts.
