The Jackson Hole economic symposium has included stablecoins and digital payment systems in its official scope of discussion this year. The Kansas City Fed set the theme as financial innovation and will cover stablecoins and cryptocurrencies alongside other digital payment systems such as instant payments. It said the talks extend to the future of money, banking, monetary policy execution and global financial integration. Stablecoins were also mentioned in earlier Fed events, as regulation advances and attention turns to market implications.

A preliminary study found that adults aged 60 and over who took a daily multivitamin for three years had a lower symptom burden and improved overall physical function. The findings came from a secondary analysis of the COSMOS large clinical trial and showed a small improvement in cardiovascular-related functional health. The results were presented at the American Society for Nutrition’s Nutrition 2026 meeting and have not yet been published in a peer-reviewed journal.
