Hana Financial\'s Happy Dream Bus visits Ulleungdo, provides financial consulting to 230 seniors

Hana Financial Group provided financial support to older residents on Ulleungdo through its \"Hana Happy Dream Bus\" programme, offering asset management consulting and education to prevent financial fraud. The group said on Aug. 18 the bus visited the island and ran financial and non-financial programmes for about 230 seniors. It delivered lectures and one-on-one counselling on retirement asset management, inheritance and gifts, and also visited senior centres in Namyang-ri and Sadong 3-ri.

Daol Savings Bank overhauls deposit and loan lineup to broaden customer base

Daol Savings Bank is expanding its deposit and lending product lineup to target demand across customer segments ranging from new workers to high-net-worth individuals, retirees and mid-to-low credit borrowers. It is offering parking accounts, a hybrid time deposit and lifecycle savings products. For lending, it introduced a mid-rate stability loan for lower-scoring customers, with rates of 5.9 to 15.27 percent and up to 10 million won in support.

Hana Bank to offer free \'contract safety rights insurance\' to young lease loan customers

Hana Bank will provide young customers taking out jeonse rental deposit loans with a free rights insurance policy that covers potential fraud during the monthly or jeonse rental contract process. The bank said it will offer the jointly developed policy with Hana Insurance to 10,000 new young loan customers. The insurance covers fraud-related losses up to 300 million won, but excludes simple non-return of deposits after contract end.
