Foreigners extend KOSPI selling to sixth session; weekly outflows top 10 trillion won for first time

Foreign investors extended net selling of KOSPI spot shares to a sixth straight session, with daily selling of more than 1 trillion won. Weekly cumulative net selling exceeded 10.1 trillion won, a first in South Korea’s stock market history. The Korea Exchange cited about 3.5 trillion won of net selling on March 26. The report pointed to Middle East instability and semiconductor concerns, alongside higher oil prices.
