Publisher Insight has released a new book, \'Architecture Evolves,\' which explains IT system structures as an evolutionary process rather than a list of individual technologies. The book describes how systems differentiate into databases, middleware and application layers, then reconnect to form corporate information flows. In its final stage, it says cloud and AI expand systems into a new dimension. Author Sang-hwi Kong (공상휘) based the book on lectures he has repeated in training new hires.

The Culture Ministry has submitted a proposal to the Finance Ministry, while lawmakers have introduced bills to expand tax credits and adjust related rules for games and e-sports.
