Samsung Electronics service centers ranked No. 1 in most admired survey for 15th straight year
Samsung Electronics service centers were ranked No. 1 in the service center category of the “2026 Korea’s Most Admired Companies” survey, Samsung said on Monday. The survey, run by Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC), selects industry leaders by evaluating six core values including innovation capability and service quality. Samsung has topped the category for 15 straight years since the assessment began in 2012, and this year received the highest scores in all 12 items.
