Auk raises $60 million seed to target management of enterprise app and AI agent access rights
Identity management startup Auk has raised a $60 million seed round to help prevent unauthorised access to corporate applications. The round was co-led by Accel, Greylock Partners and CRV, with participation from Hetz Ventures, AlphaDrive Ventures and multiple angel investors. Based in Tel Aviv, Auk is led by CEO Shai Morag (샤이 모라그). The company offers a platform that identifies employee application accounts and AI agents, flags risks and checks segregation-of-duties compliance.

Cylake raises $45 million seed funding on on-premises AI security platform
Cybersecurity startup Cylake said on March 5 it raised $45 million in seed funding, with venture capital firm Greylock leading the round. Cylake provides a security platform that operates within a company’s own infrastructure, targeting organisations that cannot store security data in the public cloud due to regulation, security requirements and operational risks. The platform collects data from multiple sources and runs analysis inside customer infrastructure using machine learning and automation.

AI SRE startup ResolveAI raises $125 million, reaches unicorn status
ResolveAI, an AI startup specializing in automating system reliability engineering, raised $125 million in a Series A funding round, TechCrunch reported on Feb. 4. The round was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from existing investors including Greylock Partners, Unusual Ventures and Artisanal Ventures. The investment valued ResolveAI at $1 billion. The company was co-founded in 2024 by two former Splunk employees.
