AI hacking outpaces defences, \'vibe coding\' security also under scrutiny
South Korean lawmakers said at a parliamentary audit that increasingly sophisticated AI-enabled hacking is hard to counter under existing personal data protection systems. They questioned whether authorities separately track AI hacking, have automated attack detection and joint drills, and reflect AI defences in public-system certification due to be phased in from July next year. Officials also faced concerns over security flaws in AI-assisted development and the use of uncertified external tools to collect sensitive data.

Netmarble MNB to hold Roblox game content competition using \'Kungya Restaurants\' IP
Netmarble’s content marketing subsidiary MNB will hold a competition to create Roblox game content using the \'Kungya Restaurants\' intellectual property, it said on Thursday. The contest runs from Thursday through Nov. 30 and is open to anyone interested in making Roblox games. Participants must apply for an IP licence via Roblox Creator Hub and Google Forms and then plan and produce a game on Roblox. Total prizes are 15 million won.

Gemini integrated into Google Forms can automatically generate surveys from natural-language prompts and summarise key points in collected responses. Users can start from templates or prompts, then edit questions and add images, text or sections. The update focuses on saving time on question design and response analysis, including summarising open-ended answers by themes and sentiment. Gemini functions in Forms are limited, and deeper analysis requires linking data to Google Sheets. The feature is not free and requires paid plans.
