Mobilint signs deals with two Taiwan firms to target industrial AI market
AI chip specialist Mobilint has signed agreements with two Taiwan industrial computing companies, ADLINK Technology and Getac Technology, to expand in global markets. Mobilint said it will apply its AI NPU chip and full-stack software development kit to the companies\' platforms. The partners plan to jointly develop edge AI solutions for industrial sites and conduct sales and marketing for global customers. The tie-ups stem from partnerships formed at COMPUTEX 2026.

About 40 percent of the U.S. CEO delegation accompanying President Donald Trump on his China visit is directly or indirectly linked to cryptocurrency businesses, a report said. Trump is expected to visit Beijing this week with about 17 executives to meet President Xi Jinping, with the trip set for May 13 to 15. The delegation spans technology, finance, aerospace and agriculture, while attention focuses on firms tied to digital assets and related market implications.

Aerospace, defense investing spurs wave of space-themed ETFs
Rising interest in aerospace and defense is drawing attention to exchange-traded funds that invest directly in space infrastructure such as satellites, communications and navigation. Investors are showing more interest in products targeting space technology than broad aerospace and defense ETFs, CNBC reported. VettaFi\'s Cynthia Murphy cited Procure Space ETF and Global X Defense Tech ETF. Since late February, Procure Space rose about 19 percent while Global X Defense Tech fell 8 percent.
