Poland crypto regulation stalled again as president\'s veto stands
Poland\'s lower house again failed to overturn the president\'s veto of a cryptocurrency regulation bill, leaving a supervision gap in place. Lawmakers fell short of the 266 votes needed to override the veto. The bill would have implemented the EU\'s Markets in Crypto-Assets regulation and given the Polish Financial Supervision Authority oversight powers. The dispute comes as prosecutors investigate alleged fraud and money laundering linked to Zondacrypto.

European crypto exchange ZondaCrypto in \'suspicious collapse\' as founder, successor CEO go missing
ZondaCrypto, a major crypto exchange in Eastern and Central Europe, has effectively collapsed, with its founder and a successor chief executive disappearing about four years apart. The exchange\'s website has shut down and its ZND token has lost 99.9 percent of its value, U.Today reported. Withdrawal delays have fuelled suspicions over operations and fund management. Questions have also risen over access to about 4,500 bitcoin the company said it held.

Korea Post strengthens cooperation with major countries to revive EMS volumes
Korea’s Postal Service said it will strengthen cooperation with postal operators in major countries to help restore international express mail (EMS) volumes and improve service quality. It said the head of the Postal Service attended the 2026 Kahala Posts Group CEO meeting in Hangzhou, China, and discussed steps to improve EMS quality and revitalise services. It said EMS dispatch volumes among member countries fell 10.1 percent in 2025 from 2024.
