Naver will exclusively broadcast all events of the Esports World Cup 2026 through its streaming platform Chzzk. Naver said the global esports festival will run from July 6 to Aug. 23 and feature 25 events, with total prize money of more than $75 million. Chzzk will produce Korean-language broadcasts for nine events and support Korean for six more for finals only, while applying AI subtitles to English broadcasts. It will also add AI clip and chapter features.

Naver\'s streaming platform CHZZK set a record for peak concurrent viewers during South Korea\'s 2026 FIFA North America World Cup group-stage match against South Africa. Naver said the peak reached about 4.938 million, surpassing the previous highs for the Czech Republic and Mexico matches. South Korea lost 0-1 and finished third in the group, with progression to the round of 32 to be decided by comparisons among third-placed teams.
