Clean energy fake news spreads in U.S., distorting narratives on EVs and wind power
False information about electric vehicles and renewable energy is making the United States\' transition to clean energy more difficult, an analyst wrote. Writer and researcher Carolyn Fortuna said distorted claims about climate science, EVs and wind power repeatedly spread and blur public risk perceptions about fossil fuels and clean technologies.
