Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra boosts performance and price, with few changes from previous model
Samsung has unveiled its new premium Android tablet, the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra, keeping most key specifications such as design, display and battery in place while improving the chipset and audio. The 14.6-inch display, size and weight match the previous model. Audio expands from 2-channel to 4-channel spatial sound, and performance rises with a Dimensity 9500 chip. The starting price increases by $200 to $1,400.

Samsung Electronics to unveil new Galaxy S26 series model at Aug. 27 event
Samsung Electronics will unveil a new model in its Galaxy S26 series, the company said. Samsung Electronics said in its newsroom it will hold a “Samsung Galaxy Event” at 9 p.m. on Aug. 27 to introduce the new product. The industry expects the Galaxy S26 Fan Edition (FE) model to be revealed. Leaked information suggests specifications including a 6.7-inch display, Exynos 2500 processor and a 4,900 mAh battery.

Qualcomm supplies Snapdragon X2 for Samsung Galaxy Book6 Edge
Qualcomm is supplying its latest processor to a Samsung Electronics laptop as it targets the AI PC market. Qualcomm Technologies said on Sunday that Samsung’s new Galaxy Book6 Edge includes the next-generation Snapdragon X2 Elite processor. The chip is designed around a third-generation Qualcomm Oryon CPU and a Qualcomm Hexagon NPU, supporting 80 TOPS of AI performance. The laptop offers on-device AI features and has a 1.55 kg, 12.3 mm design with up to 22 hours of video playback.
