KT holds 2026 AID-X Day to showcase group AX innovation results

KT said on Oct. 15 it held 2026 AID-X Day to share AI transformation (AX) innovation results and technology development experience. The two-day event, held at KT’s Pangyo building from Oct. 14, combined the existing AID-X Demo Day and AX Tech Connect. It featured exhibits and presentation sessions across business, innovation, work and technology, along with an AI hackathon. KT said it aims to spread shared results across the group and accelerate its shift to an AX platform company.

Dailypay wins top prize at DinoLab Jeonbuk IR Demo Day; Woori Financial to review first investment

Small business financial solution company Dailypay won the top prize at a Jeonbuk regional financial innovation startup demo day. The top-prize winner will become subject to a first-investment review by Woori Financial Group. Dailypay said it received the Jeonbuk governor’s award at the 2026 DinoLab Jeonbuk IR Demo Day. The company presented a 24-hour funding liquidity solution and a real-time credit scoring engine tailored for small businesses.

MSIT to revamp ABLE blockchain forum to address AI and digital assets

South Korea\'s Ministry of Science and ICT plans to expand and reorganise its blockchain demand-supply forum, ABLE, into a business growth support platform to respond to new markets such as AI and digital assets. The ministry held a regular ABLE seminar in Seoul on Aug. 13 with KISA, featuring presentations on global digital asset ecosystems, financial sector demand and overseas projects. It also hosted one-on-one business matching and plans an IR Demo Day on Aug. 14.
