Inflight WiFi satisfaction soars in a year as Starlink adoption shows results
Inflight WiFi satisfaction has risen sharply over the past year, emerging as a key factor in airline service competition. A 2026 travel survey by the American Customer Satisfaction Index showed inflight WiFi satisfaction at 79 out of 100, up from 66 a year earlier.
