XRP downside pressure grows, but analyst sees long-term target at $14
XRP has fallen 45 percent since the start of the year, prompting discussion of both near-term downside risk and expectations of a medium- to long-term rebound. Market analyst CryptoinsightUK reviewed bullish and bearish factors, citing liquidation zones, a weakening price structure and relative underperformance versus Ethereum and Bitcoin. He also pointed to rising open interest as a variable. On the upside, he cited overhead liquidity targets and oversold weekly and monthly RSI readings, and projected a long-term Fibonacci-based target near $14.

XRP rise scenarios point to split between $14 and $42 final targets
XRP is moving within two different Elliott Wave structures, and its eventual price target could depend on which path plays out, an analysis said. One scenario points to a fifth-wave target of $12 to $14.5 after a fourth-wave correction. Another scenario also puts the next move around $14, but leaves room for a later run toward $42 after another pullback. XRP has rebounded to above $1.45 after an April low of $1.34.
