Devsisters posts Q2 operating loss of 16 billion won, seeks rebound with new CookieRun title
Devsisters said it posted second-quarter revenue of 52.7 billion won and an operating loss of 16.0 billion won, with a net loss of 15.0 billion won. Sales fell as live games entered a restructuring phase, though losses narrowed slightly from the previous quarter amid management reforms. The company said one-off costs included higher labor expenses and previously agreed marketing spending. Devsisters unveils new game roadmap, profitability plan at shareholder meeting
Devsisters held a shareholder meeting to lay out its new game launch roadmap, profitability improvement measures and shareholder return policy. It is preparing a late-July global launch of CookieRun: Crumble and plans cost cuts including a hiring freeze, consolidation of subsidiaries and unpaid executives to support profitability in the second half. The company also detailed plans for China-focused CookieRun: Tower of Adventures and updates for CookieRun: Kingdom.

Devsisters starts global pre-registration for CookieRun: Ovensmash
Devsisters said on Feb. 12 it has started global pre-registration for CookieRun: Ovensmash, a new title being developed by studio PressA. The game combines casual action based on the CookieRun IP with real-time player-versus-player battles and is set in the series’ first urban fantasy world. Pre-registration is available on Google Play and Apple’s App Store, with gold and additional milestone rewards offered.
