Grip Company appoints former DK Techin vice president Kang Seok-jong as COO
Grip Company, operator of the commerce creator platform Grip, said on March 10 it appointed former DK Techin vice president Kang Seok-jong as chief operating officer. It said it aims to strengthen its cooperation framework with the Kakao group and upgrade the structure of its live commerce business. Kang has worked for about 20 years at companies including Kakao, ConnectWave and Hana Securities, with experience spanning platform planning, strategy, investment and M&A.
