Salesforce unveils AIforce, calls AI a software interface revolution
Salesforce said it unveiled a new AI interface layer, AIforce, at its annual Dreamforce conference in San Francisco on Sept. 15 local time. The company said AIforce lets users access Salesforce platform functions through the AI agents they use, without directly logging into Salesforce software. Salesforce also introduced ClaudeForce, SlackForce and Agentforce Coworker. CEO Marc Benioff said AI is driving an interface revolution.

Big tech steps up push into physical AI

Nvidia, AWS, SoftBank, Anthropic and Xpeng are among those expanding initiatives. South Korean companies and institutions are also stepping up projects, funding and partnerships, even as concerns persist about data shortages and reliability.
