Neptune selected as KakaoPay mini game partner to supply H5 games
Neptune has signed a game content supply contract with KakaoPay and will participate as a partner for KakaoPay\'s \"Mini Game\" service, the company said on Thursday. Neptune will select suitable casual titles from its own IP and partner studios and convert them to HTML5 so they can be played in KakaoPay and KakaoTalk without a separate app. The supplied games will also apply Neptune\'s AdX mobile ad monetisation platform.

Neptune picked for KOCCA K-culture project to automate webtoon IP game development with AI
Neptune said on Thursday it has been selected to carry out the Korea Creative Content Agency\'s \"K-Culture Global Startup Fostering Technology Development\" project. As part of a 2026 research and development programme led by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and KOCCA, Neptune will form a consortium with Super Planet, Content First and Korea University. The consortium will receive 7.7 billion won in support over about 2 years and 9 months.

Neptune to merge unit Triplea to consolidate hybrid casual capabilities
Neptune has approved a merger with its wholly owned subsidiary Triplea, it disclosed on Jan. 27. The company said it decided on the merger to improve management efficiency through business integration and to boost corporate and shareholder value. The merger date is April 1. Triplea, acquired in September 2021, develops hybrid casual games, mainly in the tycoon genre. Its employees will be placed in a new hybrid casual games unit at Neptune after the merger.
