Clear integrates security identity authentication with AWS to verify contact centre callers
Security identity authentication company Clear said on July 9 it will offer its CLEAR1 platform to contact centres using Amazon Connect through an integration with Amazon Web Services. The companies said the integration allows firms to verify a caller’s identity before or during a consultation, helping reduce fraud and improve contact centre efficiency. Callers can choose verification and complete it via a security SMS link sent to a mobile phone, with agents viewing results in real time.
