KB Securities donates products made by people with developmental disabilities to Green Umbrella
KB Securities has launched a corporate social responsibility initiative to support job creation for people with developmental disabilities and provide healthy food to youths from multicultural families. The company said it bought products made at Bravo Beaver, a disability standard workplace it has invested in, and donated them to the social welfare corporation Green Umbrella. The donated items include granola, yogurt bowls and nut sets.

KB Financial Group expands employment of people with disabilities
KB Financial Group said on April 20 it will expand employment of people with disabilities for Disability Day, aiming to boost hiring diversity and strengthen inclusive finance. KB Kookmin Bank plans to increase entry-level hiring and add corporate experience and internship programmes. KB Insurance will develop 11 disability-specific roles and expand job scopes. KB Securities is expanding the Seomseomoksu initiative, with 12 sites nationwide and three directly run.

KB Securities supports migrant health care and jobs for people with disabilities
KB Securities said on April 10 it bought products made by social enterprise Bravo Beaver and donated them to the Korea Migrant Health Association, WeFriends, on April 7. The donated items include health tea and chocolate sets. They will be delivered through WeFriends to migrant families eligible for support. KB Securities described the donation as a social contribution model linking support for social enterprises with assistance for vulnerable groups.
