Geely unveils Battleship 700 SUV with propellers for water escape
China\'s Geely has unveiled a large SUV that can move through water using rear-mounted propellers to help occupants escape in flooding. According to InsideEVs, Geely has begun selling the Battleship 700 in China with an emergency flotation and escape mode using two propellers. It can travel a little over 4 miles per hour for about 40 minutes, or float up to 2 hours. It is a plug-in hybrid with 1,113 horsepower and a 47.14 kWh battery.
