Neptune sets up Krafton Ad Platform India subsidiary to enter adtech
Neptune said on Thursday it has completed the establishment of its local subsidiary, Krafton Ad Platform India, in New Delhi. The company said the move is aimed at globalising its adtech platform business, one of its three strategic new ventures. CEO Kang Yul-bin will lead the India unit, with Krafton India Vice President Kim Jong-hyuk appointed as a resident registered director. Neptune plans to use Krafton traffic and data, including BGMI, and expand its advertising inventory.

Growth vs restructuring leaves Korea\'s 3N2K split on 2025 results
Korea\'s 3N2K game companies posted divergent 2025 results. Nexon, Krafton and Netmarble logged record annual revenue, helped by growth in core intellectual property and successful new launches. NCSoft and Kakao Games, by contrast, concentrated on internal restructuring and profitability. NCSoft returned to operating profit in the fourth quarter and set a 2026 revenue target of 2.0 to 2.5 trillion won. Kakao Games swung to an operating loss and plans a global PC and console push.

Krafton joins 3 trillion won revenue club, sets sights on PUBG 2.0 and AI
Krafton posted its highest-ever annual revenue, topping 3 trillion won, driven by record growth in its PUBG: Battlegrounds IP and the market settling of new titles. Revenue rose 22.8% year on year while operating profit fell 10.8% due to hiring and one-off costs. The company plans to speed a shift to a PUBG 2.0 platform, improve production efficiency using AI and pursue a three-stage M&A strategy. It also announced a new shareholder return policy through 2028.
