Wyoming to tighten reserve verification for FRNT stable token with Chainlink integration
The U.S. state of Wyoming will adopt Chainlink’s reserve verification system for its government-issued stable token, Frontier Stable Token, known as FRNT. The Wyoming Stable Token Commission plans to publish on-chain data on FRNT reserves and token supply using Chainlink’s proof-of-reserves function. The state aims to narrow disclosure intervals by combining Chainlink infrastructure with independent checks by The Network Firm. It is also reviewing Chainlink’s Secure Mint feature to limit issuance when reserves are insufficient.

Binance launches options trading for about 1,000 U.S. stocks and ETFs
Binance has started options trading on about 1,000 U.S. stocks and exchange-traded funds for eligible users outside the United States. The product can be accessed through a single Binance account and is physically settled, requiring delivery of the underlying shares when exercised. It is offered via Binance-affiliated broker-dealer Nest Trading under Abu Dhabi regulation, with Alpaca Securities handling execution, clearing, settlement and custody.

UK ranks third in bitcoin adoption, but 60,000 seized BTC cannot be held as reserves
Britain ranked third in a global bitcoin adoption assessment, but about 60,000 to 61,000 bitcoin held by the government is classified as seized assets linked to suspected crime, not a national strategic reserve. The index, published by infrastructure firm JAN3, factors in holdings, mining, the legal and tax environment, reserve policy and political leadership. Prosecutors said final disposition depends on confiscation and civil procedures, and guidance distinguishes seizure from ownership.
