Ripple RLUSD market cap tops $2.5 billion as it steps up push into stablecoin market
Ripple\'s stablecoin RLUSD has surpassed $2.5 billion in market capitalisation. Blockchain outlet Decrypt reported Ripple issued $790 million worth of RLUSD over the past 30 days on Ethereum and the XRP Ledger. RLUSD\'s market cap was estimated at $2.521 billion, up from $2.369 billion a month earlier, ranking it eighth in the market. Issuance accelerated after mid-September, while Ripple also burned $638 million, keeping net supply growth to $152 million.
