Morgan Stanley keeps SpaceX target at $300, says $600 possible if Cursor deal delivers
Morgan Stanley kept its official price target on SpaceX at $300 but outlined a most-optimistic scenario in which shares could be valued at $600. The bank said the bull case assumes stronger execution across AI, Starship, orbital computing and other new businesses and is not an official target. SpaceX was trading around $139. SpaceX confirms Cursor acquisition in $60 billion deal four days after IPO
SpaceX said it will acquire AI coding startup Cursor in a $60 billion deal. It filed an 8-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and signed a merger agreement with Cursor parent Anysphere. The transaction will be an all-share exchange, with Cursor shares converting into SpaceX Class A common stock. SpaceX expects to close the deal in the third quarter, subject to conditions including regulatory approvals.

OpenAI offers token awards to big API users, steps up developer push
OpenAI has launched a strategy to lock in developers by giving physical awards to companies that use large volumes of its API tokens. The Tokens of Appreciation program offers three tiers based on cumulative usage. In South Korea, Danggeun received a black token and Platyter received a silver token. OpenAI Korea said the goal is to draw developer communities into its ecosystem. The company is also expanding partnerships to spread Codex.
