DJI-Insta360 rivalry expands despite U.S. regulation
Competition between Shenzhen-based hardware companies DJI and Insta360 is expanding from drones and 360-degree cameras to vlogging devices, emerging as a key variable in the global smart imaging market. The rivalry is widening across product lines, pricing, talent and patent litigation, while U.S. regulatory action affecting foreign-made drones adds uncertainty. DJI holds about 70 percent of the civilian drone market, while Insta360 leads the 360 camera segment on an annual basis.

Min Dae-sik, founder of Meoseum.com, said non-developers can build usable services with AI, arguing it is better to describe ideas clearly than to learn coding. A former kettlebell importer, he said a surge in the won-dollar exchange rate under Trump’s second term forced him to liquidate his company in September. He later built a Korean version of the AI agent community Moltbok in three hours and rejected monetisation offers.

Google launches \'Nano Banana 2\' model, says faster and sharper
Google has unveiled its AI image-generation model \'Nano Banana 2\' (Gemini 3.1 Flash Image), TechCrunch reported on Feb. 26. The model can generate images in various aspect ratios from 512px up to 4K and can express up to five characters and 14 objects. It will be used as the default model across Gemini image modes and Flow, and as Google Search’s default image generator in 141 countries. API support is also expanding.
