Coinone to expand USDC support to boost domestic stablecoin activity

Coinone said on April 14 it will support promotions to expand access to USDC. The decision followed a management meeting between Coinone and Circle. The two companies met at Coinone’s headquarters in Yeouido and discussed cooperation measures to develop South Korea’s digital asset ecosystem, as well as the role of stablecoin infrastructure with reliability and transparency. Coinone plans to roll out campaigns and promotional programs, including airdrop events, for USDC traders and holders.

Charles Hoskinson says big events are not enough to lift crypto prices

Charles Hoskinson (찰스 호스킨슨), founder of Cardano, opposed using treasury funds to take part in major crypto events, saying such exposure is not enough to lift the ADA price or grow the ecosystem. He urged building permanent community hubs that hold weekly events and support developer collaboration and project incubation. His comments come amid debate over a proposal to allocate 14 million ADA for TOKEN2049 Singapore and Cardano Summit 2026 participation.

Samsung to expand Apple AirDrop-compatible sharing to more Galaxy flagships including S24, S25

Samsung Electronics may expand an option in its Quick Share file-sharing feature that supports sharing with Apple devices to more flagship models, a report said. PhoneArena cited an insider on One UI as saying the feature could arrive after the next One UI 8.5 beta update for the Galaxy S24 and S25 series and the Z Fold7 and Z Flip7. Some users have reported the option does not work or does not appear, amid suggestions of a phased regional rollout.
