Adobe links Photoshop, Premiere to Slackbot after ChatGPT, expands to Gemini
Adobe will support the use of its apps directly in Slack through integration with Slackbot, including Firefly, Adobe Express, Photoshop and Premiere, among others. TechCrunch reported that Adobe plans to offer more than 70 tools in Slack via the \'Adobe for Slack\' MCP app. Users can describe tasks in chats, and Slackbot calls relevant tools based on conversation and canvas context. The integration is available to Slack Business+ and Enterprise+ users at launch.

Google adds AI image creation tool Google Pix to Workspace
Google is adding its AI image generation and editing tool, Google Pix, to Google Workspace. TechCrunch reported on Sept. 1 that Google Pix will be rolled out over the coming weeks to Workspace business customers and paid subscribers to Google AI Pro and Ultra. Built on Google’s image generation model Nano Banana, the tool can be used for routine design tasks such as posters, social media posts and illustrations. Google plans to integrate it directly into Workspace, starting with Docs and Slides before expanding to Google Drive.
