Adobe-owned Semrush to launch AI audit program with NPR in South Korea
Semrush, a global brand visibility platform company, has completed its acquisition process by Adobe and is accelerating its integrated marketing strategy for the era of AI search. Adobe said the deal strengthens a comprehensive brand visibility strategy spanning AIO, GEO and ASO. Semrush will launch an AI Audit program with its local partner NPR from May 18 for South Korean companies, offering data-driven analysis of brand exposure and visibility on platforms such as ChatGPT and Gemini.

Adobe expands agentic AI ecosystem for customer experience, strengthens integration with major tech companies
Adobe said on Wednesday it is expanding an agentic ecosystem spanning major technology companies, agencies and systems integrators to scale agentic workflows across enterprises. It said it supports multi-step agentic workflows that can expand across interfaces by connecting agent skills and developer tools, allowing companies to use Adobe intelligence within existing tools and technology stacks. Adobe said its AI agents, skills and developer tools can be used within AWS, Anthropic, Google Cloud, Microsoft and OpenAI.

No end to SaaS, software industry starts pushback against AI-driven threat narrative
A narrative that AI will replace enterprise software, dubbed “SaaSpocalypse”, is gaining ground, but established software companies are pushing back. Salesforce unveiled its Salesforce Headless 360 platform, designed for AI agents to call and run functions through APIs and tools without a graphical interface. It also plans to reveal a new AI platform codenamed Agent Albert. ServiceNow and Adobe are also rolling out AI agent strategies while disputing the SaaSpocalypse narrative.
