Adobe said on Wednesday it is expanding an agentic ecosystem spanning major technology companies, agencies and systems integrators.
The move is part of an effort to scale agentic workflows across enterprises. Adobe supports multi-step agentic workflows that can expand across interfaces by connecting agent skills and developer tools. Companies can use Adobe intelligence within their existing tools and technology stacks.
Adobe said its AI agents, skills and developer tools can be used within AWS, Anthropic, Google Cloud, Microsoft and OpenAI.
Adobe is also working with Nvidia to build CX Enterprise Coworker based on Nvidia Agent Toolkit software.
It also supports integrations within Adobe applications with Acxiom, Demandbase, Genesys, Medallia, RainFocus, SAP and ServiceNow.
Adobe is also expanding its partner ecosystem for Brand Concierge, an AI-based conversational solution, to integrate touchpoints across product discovery, search, customer support and brand loyalty.
Amit Ahuja (아미트 아후자), senior vice president of Adobe's customer experience orchestration products business, said, "Marketers should not be forced to choose between an organisation's AI tools and the marketing capabilities needed to produce meaningful results." He said, "Adobe is bridging this gap by expanding its partner ecosystem through Adobe CX Enterprise and building highly customised integrations." Ahuja said, "By providing enterprises with flexibility and choice, we support faster and smarter decision-making while maintaining trust, governance and vast business context."
