Bell steps up World Cup network plans to keep service running with 45,000 fans

Kim Jong-cheol says media development committee push a key task

South Korea\'s Broadcasting Media Communications Commission will push ahead with setting up a Media Development Committee under the prime minister, chairman Kim Jong-cheol said. He called it the starting point for a major shift in media policy and a key task for the second half of the year.
