Inticube CEO Hyung-seok Cho delivers an opening address.

AI contact centre solutions company Inticube co-hosted a financial CXO breakfast meeting with Genesis Korea on Oct. 28 at Conrad Seoul in Yeouido. The companies invited C-level executives and key officials from the finance sector under the theme, "From regulation to reality: CX + AI innovation in South Korea's financial industry."

At the meeting, the two companies covered cloud contact centre transition cases at global financial institutions, changes in the domestic regulatory environment, and implementation experience in real financial settings, taking into account the sector's specific characteristics.

In his opening address, Inticube CEO Hyung-seok Cho (조형석) said the capability to implement new technologies stably in financial settings while responding to regulatory changes is a core competitive strength Inticube has built through long-term cooperation with financial institutions. He stressed that true innovation is completed when it goes beyond simply adopting technology, becomes established stably on the ground, improves employees' work efficiency and enables customers to experience better services.

A discussion was also held to share real implementation experience in the finance sector. Led by Inticube Vice President Seung-wook Yang (양승욱), an official from a commercial bank preparing a transition to a cloud-based contact centre took part to discuss key considerations and the direction of the effort in financial settings.

Inticube plans to continue field-oriented support so that financial institutions can carry out AI- and cloud-based customer experience innovation, based on views voiced by the finance sector at the meeting.

Cho said he would continue to listen to the needs of financial workplaces and support financial institutions so they can adopt new technologies stably while maintaining customer trust. He said Inticube would become a reliable partner that links technological possibilities to tangible results in the field.
