Shina Jung, CEO of Kakao, set out a plan to spread the \'AI for All\' initiative into everyday services by using familiar touchpoints such as KakaoTalk and phone calls. She said the goal is to provide AI experiences that go beyond answering questions and actually carry out tasks.
