K-AI models deployed across public administration, from R&D budget reviews to elderly care
South Korean AI models are being deployed across public administration, from government R&D budget reviews to services for seniors living alone. South Korea\'s interior ministry to use LG\'s EXAONE 4.5 in AI safety reporting pilot this year
LG AI Research said it has completed phase-one research and development for South Korea’s Interior Ministry and Safety’s AI Safety Report service with the Korea Electronics Technology Institute, based on LG’s EXAONE model. The service aims to use AI to analyse more than 39,000 safety reports a day and automate processes from intake to classification and replies. EXAONE 4.5 will help sort reports including photos and videos.
