XRP Ledger to add lending and privacy features

XRP Ledger (XRPL) is preparing to introduce native lending and privacy features. Vet (벳), XRPL Foundation community lead and a dUNL validator, outlined upgrades that would expand XRPL into a built-in DeFi system without third-party smart contracts, bridges or intermediaries. Planned changes include accountable privacy based on the MPT standard, delegated permissions for private DEX trading, and lending proposals tied to partnerships involving Ripple, Clearpool and Cicada Partners.

Nintendo unveils new Switch 2 bundles ahead of September price hike

Nintendo has unveiled two new Switch 2 bundles ahead of a console price increase effective Sept. 1. The Switch 2 will rise to $500 from $450, and the Switch 2 plus Mario Kart World bundle will be set at $550, adding a 90-day Nintendo Switch Online individual membership. A new Nintendo Switch Sports Resort bundle will launch on Oct. 22 for $530.

Shiba Inu has entered a price-discovery phase around $0.0000054, a level that overlaps with its 200-day moving average that has capped gains since September last year. A doji candlestick on the daily chart is seen as a sign that neither buyers nor sellers have secured control. The token rose 22 percent over the past week, after briefly posting a 40 percent weekly gain.
