KT, KOSA cooperate to advance AI certification and expand workforce training
KT said on March 19 it signed an agreement with the Korea AI & Software Industry Association (KOSA) to strengthen AI capabilities nationwide and expand business related to AICE, an AI skills certification. KT and KOSA plan to set up a question-review committee of industry and academic experts to improve the professionalism and objectivity of the exam and upgrade the evaluation system to reflect technology trends and industrial demand. They also plan to expand cooperation on practical AI training for workers.

KB Kookmin Bank expands preferential rates for KB Soldiers' Tomorrow Savings Plan
KB Kookmin Bank said on March 19 it has expanded preferential interest rates for its KB Soldiers' Tomorrow Savings Plan and strengthened rate benefits. Under the revamp, the product offers annual interest rates from 5.0 percent to 10.5 percent for contract terms of 15 to 24 months, before tax. The preferential-rate items and the preferential-rate cap were raised, and an event rate is offered to eligible customers.

SKT launches 'Happy Sharing Blood Donation' campaign
SK Telecom said on March 19 it has started a relay blood donation campaign, 'Happy Sharing Blood Donation', with its ICT family companies, with participation by employees. The campaign involves volunteers from SKT, SK Square and SK Broadband, and will be held sequentially at about 20 offices nationwide during the year, starting at SK T-Tower on March 18. SKT also cited services and apps it has introduced to support blood donation and donor health management.
