Upbit is rolling out an analysis feature that lets KRW-market investors screen digital assets based on the conditions they want. It allows users to compare various data on one screen, including not only prices and trading value but also investor sentiment and technical analysis.

Dunamu, which operates Upbit, said on Aug. 31 it has launched a new feature called the Digital Asset Screener.

The Digital Asset Screener on Upbit Data Lab provides a data filter function tailored to domestic investors, centred on KRW-market prices and trading value.

It offers 29 filters in total. In basic information, users can check items such as sector and market capitalisation. In the price category, users can set conditions such as current price, 52-week highs and lows, and trading value.

Users can also use investor sentiment indicators such as the fear-greed index, technical analysis indicators including the relative strength index (RSI) and Bollinger bands, and volatility-related conditions. Users can combine multiple filters to view digital assets that meet their criteria on one screen.

It also provides 10 recommended screening options for investors who are not familiar with data analysis. They include consecutive price gains, a sharp jump in trading value, technical oversold conditions, an extreme bearish zone and an extreme bullish zone.

The tool is designed so experienced investors can analyse assets of interest by combining various indicators directly, while beginner investors can use the recommended conditions to review the market.

Kim Daehyun (김대현), Dunamu's chief data officer (CDO), said the feature was designed to allow market, technical, sentiment and on-chain data to be compared on a single screen in the domestic KRW market. He said the company plans to continue introducing various analysis tools.
