Shiba Inu has entered a direction-search phase around $0.0000054.

U.Today, a blockchain media outlet, reported on Aug. 25 that Shiba Inu is trading around $0.0000054 with little daily change. That range overlaps with the 200-day moving average (MA 200) that has capped gains since September last year.

The market sees this price level as more than a simple sideways band. A doji candlestick with almost no body has formed on Shiba Inu's daily chart. With a long upper wick and a short lower wick, it is read as a sign that intraday buying pushed prices higher, but selling later pushed back, leaving no clear advantage.

Shiba Inu rose as high as $0.0000057 during the session before slipping to $0.00000535. It then rebounded to recover the $0.0000054 level. Buying is pushing back against selling pressure, but neither side has taken clear control, the analysis says.

The key is whether $0.0000054 can shift from resistance to support. The daily relative strength index (RSI) stands at 63 in bullish territory, giving buyers an edge in the short term. But to extend gains, the price must hold above the 200-day moving average.

If it settles in that range, $0.00000622 and $0.0000066 are suggested as short-term targets. If the uptrend becomes prolonged, some have also raised the possibility of a move to $0.000013, which would remove one zero from Shiba Inu's price. If it fails to break above the 200-day moving average, short-term correction pressure from the recent sharp rise could build again.

Recent supply-and-demand flows have been strong. Shiba Inu has risen 22 percent over the past week, and its weekly gain at one point reached 40 percent. Last Saturday it surged from $0.00000492 to $0.00000622. With a doji forming right after the spike, it suggests the potential for increased volatility ahead rather than simple sideways trading, the analysis says.

Market sentiment has also entered an overheated phase. The Crypto Fear & Greed Index stands at 81, the highest level this year. But with neither buyers nor sellers holding a clear edge, the next move is expected to hinge on whether the $0.0000054 level can be cemented as support.
