Cafe24, a global e-commerce platform, said on Monday it confirmed a pattern in which sales trend higher as the usage period of its premium service Cafe24 PRO lengthens.
Cafe24 conducted a cohort analysis of about 14,000 online shopping malls that adopted Cafe24 PRO from December 2024 to November 2025 and could be analysed. It found sales gains widened as the service was used longer.
The growth trend was steepest among early subscribers. Stores that joined in December 2024 saw sales rise 138.7 percent from the subscription month in 8 months. The company interpreted this as the result of system-based operations taking hold, improving marketing efficiency and purchase conversion at the same time.
The effect of service upgrades appeared faster among more recent subscribers. Stores that joined in June 2025 saw sales rise 40.6 percent in 6 months, and stores that joined in September grew 28.6 percent in 3 months. Cafe24 said the time needed to get onto a successful track is gradually shortening.
Cafe24 PRO is characterised by systematising the entire process of running an online shopping mall, including product registration, content production, customer service and marketing, to minimise repetitive work.
Cafe24 stressed that results accumulate the more operators leave operations to the system and focus on product competitiveness and brand strategy. Underwear brand Innermam surpassed 100 million won in monthly sales 4 months after adopting Cafe24 PRO.
Cafe24 CEO Lee Jae-seok said, "Data confirmed that system-centred operations are directly linked to sales growth." He added, "We will continuously upgrade the service so business operators can focus only on growth."
