[DigitalToday reporter Chi-gyu Hwang (황치규)] Sweden-listed H100 Group completed the acquisition of a Norwegian bitcoin company holding 2,455 BTC and secured a total of 3,506 BTC.

Cointelegraph reported on Aug. 10 (local time) that the transaction more than tripled H100's bitcoin holdings and lifted it to Europe's No. 2 corporate bitcoin holder.

H100 is a healthtech company listed on the Swedish stock market and a bitcoin treasury company. The acquired companies are Moonshot and Never Say Die, unlisted Norwegian bitcoin businesses. H100 signed a letter of intent in March to acquire their bitcoin holdings and then completed the deal.

The transaction was carried out without cash. H100 issued 790.5 million new shares to the sellers. The issue price was set at 1.86 Swedish crowns per share.

The acquisition puts the value of H100's bitcoin holdings at about $228 million. Based on Bitcoin Treasuries, H100 becomes Europe's No. 2 corporate bitcoin holder after Germany's Bitcoin Group SE, which holds 3,605 BTC.
