Miso Information Technology, a multimodal data platform and AI company, said on Wednesday it has upgraded its enterprise AI agent platform ACTIC, which lets companies manage the entire process from AI agent development to deployment, security, quality control and operations in an integrated way like an operating system.
The company said the core of the ACTIC upgrade is not simply adding generative AI functions but implementing a new concept of an enterprise AI operating system.
ACTIC provides a foundation for companies to adopt AI and continuously advance it by managing the entire lifecycle, from planning enterprise AI agents to development, deployment, evaluation and operations, on a single platform.
It also provides a no-code visualised workflow so non-specialists and business staff can develop AI agents. Companies can deploy AI services using various templates and design AI agents tailored to their business processes.
It provides a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)-based knowledge management function that converts documents and data held by companies into knowledge AI can understand. In particular, it supports using company data as job knowledge for AI agents by linking with Miso Information Technology's VLM-based AI OCR, ViiX, to analyse and understand complex documents that include tables, images and layouts.
ACTIC supports both commercial and open-source LLMs and can link with existing business systems such as ERP, CRM and groupware, as well as external APIs. Through AI guardrails, it detects and blocks personal data, sensitive information, banned words, harmful content and abnormal requests in advance, and can implement safe AI services that align with corporate policies, the company stressed.
