LG Uplus will provide lifestyle benefits such as dining, culture and subscriptions to customers who activate service on its budget mobile platform Aldot.

LG Uplus said on Tuesday it is introducing Aldot Club, a dedicated benefits program for budget mobile customers who activated service through Aldot.

Aldot is a budget mobile platform that lets users compare more than 1,000 rate plans and activate service on their own. It has more than 600,000 cumulative members. It also offers functions such as plan queries and number changes, SIM and eSIM changes, add-on service management, certificate issuance and lost phone location finding.

Aldot Club expands budget mobile benefits that had been focused on new subscribers to existing customers. It offers new benefits every Wednesday and operates in two tiers, Basic Club and Special Club, based on the length of use.

Basic Club is available to any customer who activated service through Aldot. It provides benefits such as BHC chicken discount vouchers, a 20 percent discount coupon for Wavve and a 10 percent discount at Lotte Rent-a-Car. It also offers subscription discounts for TVING and Disney+ and discount coupons for Emart24.

Special Club is for Aldot members who have used Uplus-network budget mobile service for at least 12 months. It offers first-come, first-served entry benefits for Daiso Reedle Shot and PDRN essence, as well as discounts on Google artificial intelligence subscriptions, BHC discount coupons and CGV combo discount vouchers.

LG Uplus plans to expand Aldot Club eligibility beyond customers who activated service through Aldot to include users of Uplus-network budget mobile service. It will also strengthen partnerships with brands that customers prefer.
