NH NongHyup Bank has built a system that uses artificial intelligence to automatically analyse and manage the structure of its banking systems.
NH NongHyup Bank said on Sunday it has built an agentic AI-based intelligent automation framework for system architecture diagrams.
The new framework automatically handles everything from analysing internal system structures to creating visualised architecture diagrams, using only a conversation-based interface with AI.
The bank expects it will reduce reliance on personnel for managing financial IT infrastructure and improve visibility into system structures.
It plans to expand the scope of the technology to the point where AI analyses the causes of system failures on its own and automatically takes action.
Park Do-sung (박도성), an executive vice president of NH NongHyup Bank's Tech Business Division, said, "We reduced reliance on personnel for financial infrastructure and secured system visibility." He added, "We will redesign the way we work with AI to build a financial IT environment."
