Human cloud platform Kmong said on Sunday it has set up a dedicated organisation, the AX team, to support corporate customers' AI transformation.
Kmong said the new team will enable it to respond more systematically to growing demand for corporate AX.
Kmong's AX team will handle the full process of corporate AI transformation, from AI strategy consulting and work-process diagnostics to solution adoption and execution support.
Kmong plans to accelerate the expansion of its corporate AX business following the creation of the dedicated team. It aims to maximise differentiation by combining its accumulated project data, network and experience in operating enterprise projects with its in-house AI and data technology capabilities. It also plans to provide tailored AX services optimised for corporate environments through continued service upgrades.
Seo Jang-won (서장원), leader of the AX team, said corporate AI transformation does not end with introducing new technology, but is a process of fundamentally changing how an organisation works and delivering results. Based on its experience and know-how, he said, the company will support customers so their AI innovation can lead to tangible outcomes.
