Douzone Bizon said on July 6 it won a contract for an “AI work innovation platform construction service” being carried out by Korea Airports Corp (KAC).

Under the project, Douzone Bizon will implement an AI platform tailored to Korea Airports’ work by combining its Amaranth 10 business platform with ONE AI Private Edition, an AI solution dedicated to the public sector. It will support AI in understanding work contexts such as administration, audit, contracts and legal affairs.

It will build an AI Agent Hub that links about 8,700 knowledge assets, including internal airport regulations and various manuals, as well as legal advisory, statutes and case-law data, based on RAG and MCP. When employees ask questions in natural language, it will immediately provide answers that match internal rules and work context.

The project scope consists of 3 areas: building AI infrastructure, building an AI work portal and advancing AI services. The AI infrastructure work includes hardware and software licences, including ultra-high-performance Nvidia B300 GPU servers. The AI work portal will include a full rebuild of the groupware system and the migration of massive data, including 13 million existing electronic approval documents.

It will apply a zero-trust-based security architecture that complies with the National Network Security System (N2SF), the security standard for public institutions. It will implement multilayer security controls under KISA’s Zero Trust Guidelines 2.0.

A Douzone Bizon official said, “This project is a symbolic one for public-sector AX innovation, fully converting groupware at a large state-run enterprise to an AI-based system.” The official added, “Based on more than 30 years of public-sector informatization capabilities and ONE AI technology, we will certainly implement an environment where about 2,700 Korea Airports employees can work smarter with AI.”
